In general, comenzile primite pana in ora 13:00 sunt expediate in aceeasi zi ( luni - vineri ), daca toate produsele sunt in stoc magazin. Nu se expediaza comenzi sambata si duminica.

Termenul de livrare al firmei de curierat este de 24-72 ore de la preluarea coletelor, in functie de localitatea de destinatie. Nu va bazati pe livrare a doua zi de la expediere, firmele de curierat nu garanteaza acest lucru!

Pentru orice probleme sunati la 0742742216 (luni-vineri / 9:00-18:00), pentru a discuta despre situatia coletului.

Daca nu a fost platita cu cardul, clientul va achita ramburs valoarea comenzii ( produse + transport ). Taxa de transport se calculeaza in functie de valoarea finala a comenzii. In cazul in care anumite produse comandate initial nu sunt in stoc, iar valoarea finala a comenzii scade, se va aplica taxa de transport aferenta valorii finale a comenzii.

Comenzile pot fi ridicate si de la sediul nostru din Targu Mures, Str. Infratirii Nr.8 dupa ce se confirma telefonic pregatirea comenzii. Comenzile neridicate dupa 3 zile se anuleaza.

BIGPIKE ofera posibilitatea returului produselor pentru clientii care notifica intentia lor in termen de maxim 14 de zile calendaristice de la primirea coletului.

Returnarea coletului se face exclusiv prin plata costurilor de catre Client.

Produsele se pot returna prin orice firma de curierat care asigura livrarea coletului de retur la adresa Comerciantului. Adresa la care se trimit coletele de retur este strada Infratirii, nr 8/3, Targu Mures.
